Our client, a well-funded observability startup backed by top-tier investors, is hiring its founding AI engineer. The product uses ML to detect, diagnose, and auto-remediate production issues at massive scale.
You'll own the AI/ML stack end-to-end - anomaly detection, root cause analysis, and LLM-driven insights in production - and shape foundational architecture as the first AI hire.
Requirements
Strong Python + TypeScript, production-grade
Shipped real AI/ML systems (not just OpenAI wrappers)
Familiar with observability stack (Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, or similar)
Comfortable in early-stage ambiguity
3+ years engineering, senior in practice
